Walking (upper back and shoulder straightening techniques, standing straight, hand position techniques, correct sitting and body language)

Approaching (greetings, attention, first impression techniques)

3. Interview preparation in English - 128 hours

Provide passengers information during the ticketing process and check-in the luggage to help the boarding process to go according to a plan, collect information after boarding and upload to the system for next arrival airport to process it.
